In this fast-paced era we live in, humans are intervening more and more into nature. To keep the impact on the environment as low as possible, we have developed the highly-modern waste water system KG2000 made of polypropylene. It is highly durable and also withstands the most demanding conditions.

Of course there was no need to make our KG2000 plastic pipe system any more perfect than they were, however we have finally implement a long-cherished customer request:  From now on we offer KG2000 pipes also with ring stiffness class SN 16 in green and blue color. All pipes of the new series have a white interior color.

The KG2000 is a modern, highly-developed system with full wall technology according to DIN EN 14758-1. The pipes and fittings are extremely strong and remains stable for an extended period of time and includes a elastic behaviour. With a ring and system stiffness of 16 kN/m², the waste water pipe system is ideally suited for heavy requirements. 

Extensive range of fittings according to DIN EN 14758-1 that may be used for SN 10 and SN 16. All fittings have a measured ring stiffness which is well above 16 kN/m² according to EN ISO 13967.

The high-performance 3-lip seal has been successfully tested to 13 bar (test requirement according to EN ISO 13259) and can now be used more quickly than ever before and guarantees absolutely secure sealing even under the most adverse conditions. With the use of NBR seals, KG2000 pipes can also be used in canteens for grease lines with auxiliary heating. This also applies to the discharge of industrial and fuel station wastewater.

Thanks to the full-wall technology, the pipe has a high level of impact and wear resistance. Also, the pipe is smooth walled on the inside and is very durable. Also, the KG2000 SN 16 is completely corrosion-free and stable against biogenic sulphur corrosion.

Our original KG2000 may be welded with the welding system by company Sabug for special purposes (www.sabug.de) and is ideally suited for high traffic loads (SLW 60).

The KG2000 has a lifespan of more than 100 years and may be completely recycled.

As the first and only plastic pipe system, our KG2000 has received the building control system approval from the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) for use as a JGS pipe and for LAU facilities.
Only our original KG2000 solid-wall pipe system may be used in combination with the Sabug welding system IP-Plus for JGS plants for underground, unpressurized piping and in LAU plants as a discharge pipe from discharge surfaces in plants for storing, filling and handling substances hazardous to wastewater.

Due to the blue color, our KG2000 SN 16 blue is particularly suitable for use as a rainwater pipe and thus enables clear color contrast.
