KG2000 e-line cable protection pipes

Our high-quality KG2000 e-line is suitable as a plastic pipe system made of PP-MD in accordance with DIN 16878 for buried high and extra-high voltage cables up to 525kV. Configure the KG2000 e-line pipe system individually according to your requirements. The choice of connection, construction length, outer and inner color and marking may be implemented according to your application needs. Brand new: The KG2000 e-line protect as a new innovative connection for cable protection.  An integrated spigot bridging connector accommodates the two pipe spigot ends and ensures an absolutely smooth transition. This means: more safety and more ease of installation – even when changing direction!

The low wall thickness requires less amounts of raw material, but none the less achieves technically identical properties as other thick walled PP pipes. This makes the KG2000 e-line particularly economical and ecological.

We go one step further and offer our KG2000 e-line as a cable protection system that can be completely customized to your specific requirements.

  • Choice of the seal
    • High-performance 3-lip seal, factory-fitted from SBR 
      (alternatively EPDM or NBR)
    • Optionally with patented, pull-out-proof seal according to DIN EN 681, made of EPDM (alternatively made of NBR), Pull-out resistant
      up to 10 kN
    • SABUG-IP-Plus welding systems (www.sabug.de)
  • Signature of the pipes with your name or your desired texts
  • Choice of outside color – Present KG2000 e-line in your own company color
  • Choice of interior color – Choose the color that perfectly fits your camera drive
  • Choice of dimensions and lengths

Pipes (SN 10) in nominal diameters DN 110 to DN 200 as well as various moulded parts available directly from stock at short notice. Further project-related and short-term deliveries are possible by mutual agreement. Please contact us directly.
